KOGART Education
As of the middle of 2010, the art lectures and courses of KOGART are organized by KOGART Gallery. Most importantly, we want to continue the highly popular lecture series at which experts discuss important periods and oeuvres in Hungarian and international art.
Proposed programmes for 2010-2011:
- Continuing the painting appraiser course started in 2009, which provides an officially acknowledged (OKJ) qualification,
- Lectures related to the current exhibitions of the Kovács Gábor Art Foundation, discussing exciting issues of art,
- Lectures, debates and discussions apropos of the temporary displays of KOGART Gallery and art trade in general,
- Popular education events addressing the periods and interesting issues in the history of international and Hungarian art,
- Creative summer camps for children, with artists as their instructors,
- Pest Drawing School, with courses in visual art techniques and methods.
